Chi was rescued as a puppy from a garbage dump in Barcelona 12 years ago and then found a loving home in Switzerland
Chi currently suffers from diabetes and is dependent on specialized veterinary care. The current therapy includes regular blood tests, the administration of medication and an individually tailored insulin program.
Thanks to the support promised by the Franziska Schären Foundation, important veterinary consultations and an insulin starter kit can now be financed. This help is vital for Chi – despite his old age, Chi is full of life and fights bravely through the treatment – only his sugar levels are difficult to adjust.
